A Little Bit About Us:

I’m a single mom, I work full-time, I’ve lost 85lbs in 2 years, I workout daily and keep my son on a routine of eating healthy and being active all while trying to keep my sanity.

Some more interesting facts:
I enjoy baseball in the summer & football in the fall. I’m a crazy meal prepper. Fluent in sarcasm. Starbucks junkie. I love wine, coffee, and funny movies. I enjoy helping others reach their weight loss goals. I usually spend way too much money at Target. I love being a mom and experiencing new things through the eyes of a toddler, especially enjoying the little things in life.

huddyHudson is my 4 year old son. He is caring, rambunctious, outgoing, sweet, loving, stubborn and silly. Being Hudson’s mom has taught me so much in the last 4 years. He’s taught me how to be patient, be silly when it matters, and most of all how to enjoy the little things. This kid has more energy than the energizer bunny and challenges me daily to keep up with him. He enjoys being outside running around, chasing birds, throwing rocks at the beach, or looking for bugs!

Every family is busy plain and simple. I’ll be here to guide you and figure out clean eating, easy recipes for every meal, quick effective workouts, and fun activities for the entire family.
